Lie down with your back straight on the floor. Bring your knees together and close to your chest then rock gently from side to side.
Next, keep your right knee where it is and stretch your left leg on the floor. Breathe in, then as you breathe out, bring the right knee across your body and turn towards your left side. Stretch your right arm and turn your head to the right. Hold this pose for 30 seconds then bring both knees together again before doing this on the other side.
The chair pose
Stand up straight. Your legs should be close together so your feet are touching. Dip your hips as if you’re about to sit on a chair. As you do so, raise your arms and hold straight. Keep your belly tightened for this move and hold for about one minute.
The lifted bridge
This is another move that can help you lose belly fat. Start by lying straight on your back. Then bend your knees until your feet are placed on the floor.
Next push your hips upwards by resting your weight on your feet. Place your arms straight on the floor in such a way that the only parts of your body on the floor will be your feet, shoulder, and arms. Tighten your stomach muscles while doing this move and hold for about 30 seconds.
