- Aromatherapy: This can work for you and make you relax, massaging with lavender oil or any sweet scenting oil can also help reduce menstrual cramps.
- Painkillers: You can visit your doctor or any trusted pharmacist for painkillers to help you ease menstrual cramps. This is the most used method.
