This doesn’t mean that you have to dine on lobster and caviar, but it does mean that you should be:

  • Aware of the food you eat
  • Eating food that nourishes the body
  • Eating food that is not processed

Pay attention: If you’re going to be someone that people look up to, you need to have health on your side – and this starts with the food that you eat.

Resolution #4 – Get Stronger & Shed Some Fat
