Legendary Welsh actor Anthony Hopkins last night made history at the Oscar 2021 awards, winning it at the age of 83 making him the oldest winner of the award for his character in the movie The Father.
Anthony Hopkins won the award ahead of his fellow nominees Riz Ahmed (Sound of Metal), Chadwick Boseman (Ma Rainey’ Black Bottom), Gary Oldman (Mank), and Steven Yeun (Minari)
Fans of the Black Panther Chadwick Boseman, have taken to social media to slam Anthony Hopkins’ winning ahead of Chadwick saying the “Ma Rainey Black Bottom” character played by Chadwick deserved to win the award while calling the Award organizers racist towards actors of colour. Presenter Joaquin Phoneix, who won the category last year for his performance in Joker, accepted the award on an absent Hopkins’ behalf.
Anthony Hopkins won his first at the 64th Academy Awards, earning the Best Actor award for his iconic performance as an expert psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer Dr. Hannibal Lecter in the 1992 psychological thriller The Silence of the Lambs.
US Trained-Notable award-winning investigative journalist and clinical pharmacist Kemi Olunloyo has dropped some insight about the ongoing trial of Hushpuppi in the US.
Taking to her Instagram page, Kemi Olunloyo disclosed that Hushpuppi is currently facing a minimum sentence of 20 years in jail and on top of that, six other countries want to extradite him after his sentence so he can also be prosecuted by them.
Sharing the photo she wrote: The only UPDATE in Journalism you will get from me as promised.
After @hushpuppi serves his sentence if convicted in the US, other countries are planning to extradite him for prosecution too.
A fan identified as victormichael40 asked her to reveal the six countries that are also after Hushpuppi. She declined and told him the information would soon be available to the public.
She replied: Can’t release yet. I work online for a US station. I can’t break news on my personal platform before the station. It will be out everywhere soon

Responding via his Instagram page to the criticism, Reno wrote that most of the male prisoners are from single mothers.
”Yesterday, I said unless she was raped, widowed, or escaping an abusive husband, I have no sympathy for single mothers. Some people took offence. Single motherhood is devastating the Black Race.
“It may be convenient for you. But is it convenient for your child? 78% of all babies born to African American women are born by single mothers. In New York, more Black babies are aborted than are born. No other race has such SHAMEFUL statistics.
“If my sexual purity teaching annoys you, I invite you to visit the motherless babies home God helped me build, to see the effects of premarital sex. The Black world should stop pretending this is not a challenge. No other race has such an abysmal rate of single mothers. ‘

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has said he will not flee from Nigeria amid the rising insecurity in the country.
This is as Pastor Paul Adefarasin of House on The Rock Cathedral advised his congregation to have a Plan B over the insecurity in Nigeria, which includes fleeing the country in any way they can.
On his own part, Yul Edochie said:
