Former Lagos Governor and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a topic of discussion on Twitter this morning.

This relating to the endorsement of the South West’s chance of presidency in 2023. Former Zamfara Governor, Sani Yarima had said that there was no agreement between President Muhammadu Buhari and Tinubu that power will move to the region in 2023.

Tinubu is also believed to have been tipped by some people to contest for the number one office in 2023.

In 2011, Tinubu worked against d candidate of his own party the ACN, preferring Jonathan. Buhari couldn’t win these people over. Jonathan lost them and that’s why they went for Buhari. Their motives, I can’t claim to understand though. I am just looking at 2011 and 2015.
