A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, have granted, convener of the RevolutionNow protest, Omoyele Sowore bail of N100m.
On Friday, Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu, the presiding judge, granted him bail of N100m and two sureties in like sum.
She held that the prosecution failed to show good reason the defendant should not be granted bail since the offences commited were bailable.
Ojukwu also prohibited Sowore from travelling out of Abuja.
Recall that Omoyele Sowore was arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS), because he called for revolution in Nigeria.
Sowore was also charged with treasonable felony and cyberstalking of President Buhari’s government.
