Morning – Detox tea is a mixture which consists of different ingredients that are very useful for the digestive system, cleanse the liver, warming the body and anti-inflammatory substances. This tea is a great drink to start your day with. You will not spend a lot of money for its preparation and it will even make you feel better. Measurement of the ingredients is approximate and it is good that you can skip some ingredients that you do not like (just make sure not to overdo it with the cayenne and turmeric). For instance, if you do not like ginger, you do not have to include it your detox tea. If you like honey, you can add more of it.
- 6-inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- spoonful of raw honey
- squeeze of lemon

Peel the ginger, cut it on a diagonal, and smash it. Then, add the ginger pieces to a saucepan with 6 cups of water and then boil it. Turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. After that, put the cinnamon sticks, turmeric, and cayenne. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture into a mug. Stir in a spoonful of honey and squeeze of lemon. Enjoy the tea!
