Edo State Deputy Governor Philip Shaibu Notified Of New Office Relocation

Edo State Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu, has been notified of his office’s relocation to a new location outside the government house vicinity.

Lifestyle Nigeria reports that a letter dated September 15, 2023, signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie, was sent to the Office of the Deputy Governor on the same day, informing him of the relocation.

A closer look however, shows that the letter was acknowledged on September 18th.

The letter stated that His Excellency, the Governor, had approved the relocation of the deputy governor’s office accommodation to No. 7, Dennis Osadebe Avenue, GRA, Benin City. The deputy governor was requested to ensure compliance with the governor’s approval.

According to the SSG, “I write to inform you that His Excellency, the Governor has approved the relocation of your office accommodation to No. 7, Dennis Osadebe Avenue, GRA, Benin City.

“You are therefore requested to ensure your compliance in line with Mr. Governor’s approval, please.”
