Ese Oruru Is Symbolic Of The Tragedy Of Child Marriages In Northern Nigeria [MUST READ]

In Nigeria, the practise of child marriage is deeply entrenched in tradition, religion and culture. There is a relationship between islam and paedophilism. You know and will accept this unless you want to sound politically correct. Islam sanctions early marriage for fear of having a child outside wedlock. There is a reason we have more muslims in the Northern Nigeria practicing paedophilism than in the south. This is the same reason a southerner still bears a native name and a christian name but a core northerner could have 3 names. All Arabic. This is because religion is also a culture there.

In the olden days, our parents married at a very young age. With civilization and the church, people got to know there are health risks in early marriage plus teenage pregnancy. We are making a conscious effort to Eliminate that especially in Africa where we lack good medical care. One of those efforts is that nowadays, even when a girl marries at a tender age, she does not start giving birth immediately. Such a girl Is kept in the care of an aunt or uncle until she achieves puberty.

Ese Rita Oruru, the 14-year-old who was abducted by an Islamist from Bayelsa State where she was traced to the palace of the Emir of Kano. She is pictured in a police station on March 1, 2016 after she was rescued from her abductors in Kano | .

The case of Ese is an eye opener for every thinking Nigerian based in Nigeria. Be careful about what your children do and who they get friendly with, because you taught them to be friendly with everyone. What you do not know however is that your young and innocent girl-child could be lured into doing things and making decisions she wouldn’t ordinarily take if you had been smart enough to separate facts from sentiments.

When you discuss these things, you are quickly labelled a tribalist. The definition of a true Nigerian is one who is blind to these things and does not say them.

People must be careful. The Some core northerners are out to destroy this country. This is no longer a joke for us to come to social media and crack jokes and everything goes away. Another Paul Adaji from Benue just complained again about the kidnap of Patience Paul since August, 2015 by one Ilysasu Mohammed with GSM number 08169317036. Patience Paul is Idoma and was last seen in the Sultan’s palace according to reports.

Last year, a yoruba Oba was taken to court for an alleged rape. Igbo Obi’s, Kings and Eze’s have been in court for one issue or the other. There is no reason a FULANI emir or Sultan cannot be arrested in this country. According to reports, the Hisbah police confirmed that the girl was taken to the palace of the sultan. Then Paul Adaji was asked to go home and maintain peace. Of course, to maintain peace in this country, you are not expected to raise critical issues.

Ese Oruru was kidnapped by a man who is not a minor even though she is one?

Yunusa took Ese to his people where there are adults and they accepted Ese knowing she is a minor, rather than take her back to her parents and scold their so called 18 year old son, they did not. Emir Sanusi stated he asked that the girl be taken back and to him, that’s where the matter ended for him. With the level of his education, he was not irked by the fact that a 14 year old girl was taken to his palace. He was not mad enough to ensure the bike was taken back IMMEDIATELY.

Yunusa converted Ese to islam with some other adults present in the place of conversion and they all accepted and performed the ritual without the consent or prescience of any member of Ese’s family.

The first picture is that of Ese and the so called 18 year old Yunusa whereas the second is that of 15 year old Patience Paul.

Since it took the consent of emir of kano for the INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE to return a girl falsely conscripted, Dear sultan supreme commander of Monocharchial Republic of Nigeria, #FreePatiencePaul

We all saw the former picture of Ese where she appeared silly, jovial and friendly, just like a child.

We are now seeing an image of same Ese where she appeared daring, angry and bold. #FreePatiencePaul
