A fitness trainer to the stars has revealed her amazing six-pack abs – just nine days after giving birth.

Instagram sensation Massy Arias had a massive baby bump late last month before her daughter Indira Sarai was delivered in a natural water birth on February 28.

In a snap posted on Thursday the 28-year-old doesn’t look like someone who gave birth to a baby weighing 6.5lbs less than two weeks ago.

The fitness guru left her fans stunned after showing off her toned stomach, legs and arms as she holds her daughter in the photo, and revealed she hasn’t worked out since she became a mum.

She posted the shot alongside a photo showing her baby bump when she was around 40 weeks pregnant

Massy’s body has bounced back so quickly, she says, thanks to her healthy lifestyle, including her strict workout regiment and diet.

She was already in incredible shape when she and husband Stefan Williams learned they were expecting, and she continued to exercise and eat well throughout her pregnancy.

The tattooed mum wowed her two million Instagram followers when she shared a video showing her doing push-ups and lifting weights while she was 40 weeks pregnant.

As she shared a snap of her postpartum physique, Massy, who lives in Los Angeles, wrote on Instagram that she was “recovering and eating as best as I can” while eating an extra 600-800 calories to support her supply of chest milk.

She wrote that she’s counting macros (fats, carbs and proteins) and following an eight-week diet plan that she promotes on her website.

She added: “You saw how active I was during my pregnancy and how well I ate. I had a natura [sic] labor with no complications (thank God and to this lifestyle).

“I am still practicing what I believe in: food is medicine and I don’t deprive myself from any food groups. I just eat whole and eat well.”

Massy, originally from the Dominican Republic, wrote: “It’s amazing what you can do when you know specifically what to eat.

“I do miss movement but first, I have to heal properly.”

She cautioned her followers that she didn’t post the image to “set any expectations or be negative”, adding: “We have all different journeys.”

Her Instagram followers were floored by her post-birth body, with one writing: “I am very impressed with your progress in nine days you look awesome like nothing ever happened.”

Another wrote: “OMG! I love you and I hate you right now! Beautiful picture! Amazing!

Several followers said they were inspired by the side-by-side photos.

One user wrote: “You are my inspiration. My husband & I have been talking about children but we both want to be healthy first. Every time I see your pics, I start to workout. I appreciate you.”

Another added: “Your body is crazy amazing what the body can do and how it snaps back you have a completely flat stomach! You must be so proud of that baby girl and of course that post partum bodyyy!”
