I got married to my friend but after we got married, we stopped being friends

A Nigerian man has taken to social media to recount how his marriage almost hit the rock shortly after getting married to his wife.

In a Twitter thread, the man said he married his best friend but that shortly after they got married, his wife seized being his friend. He said his behavioral pattern almost ruined their union until they sought the help of a marriage counselor who helped them find happiness in their marriage.
