Ayra Starr rejects feelings of imposter syndrome by saying, “I have worked so hard for it.”

Ayra Starr, a rapidly rising Mavin artist from Nigeria, disclosed in a post that she may be experiencing imposter syndrome.

By posting a prayer against impostor syndrome and a reminder to herself that she worked hard to be where she is now, the 20-year-old Nigerian musician let everyone know this.

I chastise imposter syndrome in the name of Jesus because it is no laughing matter. I refused to feel like I didn’t deserve it because I’ve worked so hard to get here. “E dey hurry!”

This followed the release of her latest single titled ‘Rush.’

Imposter syndrome is no joke and I rebuke it in the name of Jesus , I have worked so hard to be here , so hard , I refuse to feel like I don’t deserve it ! E dey rush !!!!
