Nollywood actress Ada Ameh has publicly appealed to President Buhari and Governor Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State to grant the requests of Nigerian youths so she could bury her daughter in peace.
In a video she shared on her social media page, Ada Ameh, whose career has spanned over two decades, revealed that her only daughter died two days ago after a surgery she had in Abuja and since the curfew and the protests have led to the roads blockage, she has not been able to fly to Abuja to bury her. She then threatened to go naked to the airport if a solution is not provided as soon as possible.
“Good Morning Mr President, Good Morning Sanwo-Olu, please I just want to beg, I’m begging. Since in Nigeria they have said that we shouldn’t ask for anything nicely, people are protesting, you are killing them, you have sent soldiers, it’s okay. We have Boko Haram to deal with, una no deploy soldiers go there make them go kill them. Please, I just lost my daughter two days ago”, Ada Ameh began.
