IPOB kicks against Mbah’s plans to establish cattle ranch in Enugu

Latest entertainment gist

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has called on Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State to abandon his plans for establishing a cattle ranch in Nimbo, Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area.

This plea is coming on the heels of a protest by Nimbo residents against the governor’s initiative.

Widows of 2016 herdsmen attack victims took to the streets on Friday to express their dissatisfaction against the governor’s proposed plan.

IPOB on Monday in a statement warned against allowing jihadist Fulanis to establish murderous camps, insisting that any cattle ranch in Enugu State should be privately managed by an Igbo businessman.

The group emphasized that only Ndigbo are permitted to own such ranches in Igbo land.

The group also cautioned South East Governors against contemplating cattle ranches, asserting that IPOB and ESN Operatives will resist any Fulani camp establishment in Biafra territory.

A Nigerian man has gone viral in Update after visiting a tricycle shop and was informed about the price of a brand new one.

In a TikTok Update that @unclenasco posted, the man claimed to have gone to the store to act as a guarantor for someone wishing to buy at a hire-purchase.

He lamented that it is a pity that tricycle is now beyond the reach of the common man.

The man wrote…

“Keke is now sold for 2.6 Million Nigerian Naira and 1 dollar is now 1,800 Naira. Things are getting worse every hour of the day. Is this how we are going to continue?

The man also claimed that the price surge could be because of the scarcity of US Dollars.
