What\’s a Nigerian party without jollof rice — specifically Nigerian Jollof — and goat meat?

 

On episode 5 of Laura\’s Kitchen, the host Laura Ikeji was joined by actor Deyemi Okanlawon.

 

The dish was Jollof rice, fried plantain, goat meat, and coleslaw.

Although Ghanians may argue this, Nigerian jollof rice is considered the best version of jollof rice and, thanks to Gino tomato paste, Gino seasoning cubes, and Gino curry, the host, alongside her guest, made the tastiest party jollof in this episode.
