So how can we master the art of a cut crease without looking half-baked? We look to an expert.
Beauty blogger Liz has been our inspiration for bold and colourful looks for a minute now. Her ability to mix popping colours together and get amazing results cannot be challenged. And let’s just say she knows a thing or two about cut creases.
Today, we will be conquering our cut crease fears and learning how to do a cut crease once and for all. Plus, we get to see how Liz created this beautiful look.
To create the cut crease, here’s what you’ll need to do.
Step 1: After you’ve created your base, take a flat makeup brush and then dip it in some concealer.
Step 2: Use the concealer to trace where you like your crease to be. Trace it from your inner eye to the outer eye.
Step 3: Fill in the section between your created crease and your lash line.
Step 4: You can choose to set it with very little translucent powder, but we recommend leaving the concealer as is. Apply your eyeshadow of choice to the concealer in gentle patting motions. And you’re done.
