My First And Only Heartbreak Was At 18, Now I Break Hearts – DJ Cuppy

Nigerian disc jockey Florence Otedola popularly known as DJ Cuppy has opened up on her first heartbreak, which she said is also the only heartbreak she’s ever had.
In a recent interview, DJ Cuppy was asked about her first heartbreak. Replying after a inhalation, the philanthropist revealed it happened when she was 18 and in her first year in the University.
\"\" Recounting her experience, DJ Cuppy said she was shown a pretty brutal lesson and since then, she has never been heartbroken again but rather, she breaks hearts now. “What can I say, I break the hearts these days guys”, she said.

She was further asked what the lesson she learnt and she said, “That lesson was never ever to depend on someone else to make you happy for your happiness. You are responsible for your own happiness. Nigerian chess expert Tunde Onakoya sets Guinness World Record

Tunde Onakoya, a Nigerian chess expert, on Saturday achieved a new Guinness World Record for the longest marathon chess game.

Onakoya acknowledged the achievement in a post on his official X account, indicating his desire to break the record in 60 hours.

In his tweet, Onakoya stated, “We have done it.

“We’re pushing to 60 hours guys. We’re not stopping yet. Let’s keep going.

“We have a fundraising goal to meet for the education of African children around the world. This is our why – the reason we are doing this.

“Let’s demonstrate to the world the incredible power of love. Together, we can make this happen.”

How D’Banj’s Celebrated 20 Years Of Musical Excellence

Enugu, families to give Ibu, Junior Pope befitting burial |

The Enugu State Government says it is working with the families of the late Nollywood actors: John Okafor, professionally known as Mr Ibu, and Obumneme Odonwodo, aka Junior Pope, to give them a befitting burial.

The Enugu State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Aka Eze Aka, made this known on Friday in Enugu.

Aka, who disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria, said the death of the duo was a terrible blow to the government of Enugu State and Nigeria.

He said the state government was interested in giving them a befitting burial.

On Junior Pope, the commissioner, who said that no date had been fixed for the burial, stressed that the government was in contact with the family and working together to see how they want their son to be buried.

“Being a part of his burial committee in an individual capacity, I will relate to the government what the family wants,” Aka said.

He added that the state government would be represented during Mr Ibu’s burial scheduled to be held on June 28.
