Mercy Aigbe’s new husband, Kazim Adeoti, has stated that his first marriage to Funsho Adeoti is still intact.

In a recent interview, Mercy and her husband, Adeoti, answered some questions about her mystery marriage.

Adeoti shared that he shuttles between going to his first family and his new wife.

He stated that he is married to two wives because his religion permits it.

He said, “My first marriage is intact. My business is here in Nigeria. If people are saying I am separated, its because my family isn’t here with me in Nigeria but we are good though there was issue but everything is back to normal.

“I am Muslim and my religion permits me to marry more than one wife. Now I am married to two beautiful women. Well my family is in the USA and I shuttle between the US and Nigeria.”

When asked about how they met and how he got attracted to her, he said, “Mercy has been a business partner and i have always seen something special in her. The first thing that got me attracted to her is her openness and truthfulness.

“I gave Mercy money to shoot a movie and she returned the balance back which is something rare.”

Mercy said she turned him down the first time because of the fear she got from her previous failed marriage.

However, she agreed when she couldn’t resist.

Mercy said, “After my bad marriage, I made up my mind that I wouldn’t hook up with anyone. I was going to focus on my career and kids.

“And then this good looking man came into my life.
When I met him, I felt the connection, chemistry, companionship. Anytime I am with him, I don’t want to leave.

“When he asked me to marry him, I wanted to run away because I thought marriage isn’t my things as I am very emotional and I didn’t want to go through it again.”
