This building used to be a hotel is a 5-star hotel in Nigeria, a well-structured hotel with beautiful artistry, this hotel was located in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Aridolf Hotel Wellness and Spa belong to the former 1st lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, wife to the former president, Goodluck Jonathan.

This hotel was believed to be worth about ₦2billion and it has been under interim forfeiture secured by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the court on April 30, 2020

It is said that the former First Lady, struck the deal with First Lady Aisha Buhari, which led to her release of the hotel, under litigation, for use by the government at the critical time.

The First Lady, through her pet project, the Future Assured Programme, entered into separate agreements with Mrs. Jonathan and the Ministry of Health to convert the hotel into a COVID-19 treatment centre.
