Pop sensation Rihanna reflects on her past choices, revealing a fresh outlook influenced by motherhood.

The 36-year-old singer, mother to two sons named RZA Athelston Mayers and Riot Rose Mayers with her partner A$AP Rocky, candidly discussed certain outfit choices she now regards with mild regret in an interview with British Vogue.

She confessed to feeling regret about moments where she went topless in public and allowed her “panties to be out” at red carpet events.

“It’s going to sound hypocritical because I did so much s**t in my life, I had my nipples out, I had my panties out.

“But now those are the things, I guess as a mom, and an evolved young lady, emphasis on young, it’s just things that I feel I would never do, or I’m just like ‘oh my god, I really did that? Nips out?’” she confessed.

In a recent cover story for Interview Magazine, Rihanna shared insights into her relationship journey with A$AP Rocky, her partner and the father of her children.

Rihanna revealed that although she first met Rocky, 35, in 2012, their romantic relationship began to blossom in 2019.

“We saw fashion the same. We saw creative the same. We ended up in the same circles a lot.

Date: Saturday 4th May, 2024

Time: 12:30 pm

Stadium: Emirates Stadium

Referee:  David Coote (England)

Arsenal:

Once again, Arsenal will approach a crucial matchday with a fully fit squad, presenting Mikel Arteta with the luxury of options. Jurrien Timber’s progress with the Under-21 side opens up the possibility of his inclusion in Saturday’s lineup. Arteta may opt to maintain continuity by sticking with the same lineup for the third consecutive game, with Thomas Partey retaining his midfield role and Takehiro Tomiyasu operating at left-back.

Arteta seems inclined to fine-tune the team that faced Chelsea and Tottenham, possibly keeping Leandro Trossard on the left flank instead of Gabriel Martinelli. Kai Havertz, following a standout performance against Tottenham, is expected to spearhead the attack, with uncertainty surrounding Gabriel Jesus’s future.

The bench selection will be intriguing, particularly if Arsenal gain a comfortable advantage against Bournemouth.

NERC Restructures TCN, Aims for Improved Grid Efficiency

NERC

The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has announced the unbundling of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) with the establishment of the Nigerian Independent System Operator of Nigeria Limited (NISO).

In an order dated April 30, 2023, jointly signed by NERC chairman, Sanusi Garba, and vice chairman, Musiliu Oseni, TCN is directed to transfer all market and system operation functions to the newly established company.

This decision follows the enactment of the Electricity Act 2023, which provided more precise guidelines for the incorporation and licensing of the Independent System Operator (ISO) and the transfer of assets and liabilities of TCN’s portion of the ISO.

NERC also instructed the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) to incorporate a private company limited by shares under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), 2020, by May 31.

The newly formed company, to be named the Nigerian Independent System Operator of Nigeria Limited (NISO), will assume the market and system operation functions outlined in the Electricity Act and TCN’s system operation licence.

“The name of the company shall, subject to availability at Corporate Affairs Commission, be the Nigerian Independent System Operator of Nigeria Limited (“NISO”),” NERC said.

According to NERC, NISO will manage all assets and liabilities related to market and system operation on behalf of market participants, consumer groups, or other stakeholders specified by the Commission.
