SAVORY DISH: STICK MEAT AND ASUN

From this week, I would be bringing you recipes that would make your Christmas table delightful this year. Christmas is the best time in the year asides Easter where we celebrate with our families (extended included) and friends. This celebration comes with a lot of cooking, if you have been sticking to the same old recipe for years then I suggest you quit because there are so many new recipes that are delicious and easy to follow that you can try out. The beauty of food like i always say is the option of varieties, if you are one to stick to your grandma’s old recipe all the time (not that its a bad thing) you need to change it up a bit this Christmas. This period is the time I try out something different with my meal menu, add something savory and delicious like a stick meat for balance and as a snack.

What You’ll Need:

    • Fresh Meat
    • Curry powder
    • Thyme
    • Bullion Cubes (Maggi or Knorr)
    • Onions
    • Salt
    • Water
    • Peppers (Yellow, Red. Green)
    • Oil
    • Starter Sauce
    • Smoked Paprika
    • Stock
    • Tooth Pick

 

Umm they look so good, Expect more recipes that you can try out this Christmas period. You can decorate your stick meat or asun further using cucumber, lettuce, onions you can also add peppered liver or peppered pomo to your stick meat.
