Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar has come out to tell every woman out there to be careful when it comes their sanitary pads.

Taking to the gram, the actress stated that she has caught her friends on two occasion with her sanitary pads and she has learnt to be careful when it comes to how she keeps her things and the friends that come around her.

Halima Abubakar further stated that in time past, they used wrapper for menstrual period and they wash the blood off. She emphasized that it is her blood and she is free to wash it off with her hands.
