Nnaji, a Nollywood actress, has advised young women about the dangers of entering the film industry without being financially secure.

Nnaji remarked that if a woman does not have the financial means to produce films, she will be rejected by Nollywood.
“So far, so good,” she said. I’m not going to tell you that the industry is friendly, especially if you don’t have the financial means to make your own films. That’s when [email protected] frequently enters the picture. I once told a lady that if she wasn’t a ‘big girl,’ she shouldn’t bother entering Nollywood because she would be converted into a [email protected] slave (by producers, directors and other actors).

“There are many challenges bedeviling the movie industry, but the major one is the issue of [email protected], where directors take advantage of those they want to feature in movies.”
Charity Nnaji believes that before a person may k1ss in a movie, they must not have terrible breath.
She said, “When I started acting 10 years ago, I told myself that I would not act b3droom scenes. I also said I won’t k1ss anyone but as time went on, I realised that it was affecting my career. If one decides not to do any of those things, one would be seen as a hypocrite. When I voiced my concerns to a producer, he recommended some foreign movies for me to watch. K1ssing someone on set is not a big deal, provided that the person is neat. Bad breath turns me off. The first person I k1ssed on set was Ramsey Nouah but it was just in one scene.”
