According to Nigerian musician Fireboy DML, he and his friend Rema are the two top performers of their generation.
This was Fireboy’s explanation of how he was able to work with the Mavin Records spokesperson on his most recent studio album, “Playboy.”
Rema was a featured singer on the song “Compromise” by Fireboy, a member of the YBNL Nation and Empire. The track is a favorite among fans of the critically praised album “Playboy.”
In a conversation with Ebro Darden on Apple Music 1, Fireboy revealed that they have collaborated on more than five tracks and like each other’s company.
The 26-year-old continued by saying they cooperated rather than give their followers what they wanted, which was rivalry. His words are;
Without a doubt, I and Rema are the two top artists of our generation, he claimed.
“We came to the conclusion that we should work together rather than giving the fans what they desire, which is rivalry. We only want to make money; we don’t want to repeat any mistakes from the past.
“The fans are still performing. They are persistent, but we shall keep loving them since that is the only option.
