The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo is wondering why the fuss around Madagascar herbal medicine used for the cure of COVID-19 in the tiny African country.
The tiny African country according to findings has just ten laboratories and six universities that came about the herbal drug, which has now been ordered by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Having ordered for the product, Madagascar has asked Nigeria to pay 170,000 Euros for the quantity sent to the Federal Government.

The quantity of the consignment sent to Nigeria through Guinea Bissau is yet to be ascertained.
Reacting to the fuss around it, the minister wondered the reason behind the criticise of the innovation, may it is because it is an African country.

“I really don’t know why there’s so much fuss about the Madagascar recipe. Why heavily criticize what a country has discovered to make people recover NOW from the illness, whilst we continue to wait for the almighty vaccine from the @WHO ? Or is it because it is an African country?
“Put in another way, why can’t we make do with what we have NOW until we get what the world is waiting for?,” h asked via his Twiter handle.
