Bella Disu named the mansion as ‘Sisi Paris’, named after her daughter, the Sisi Paris is located at Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The mansion contains an 18-Unit Luxury Serviced Apartments; 9 flats of 3-bedroom apartments with each having a 2 Room Boys quarters and 9 flats of 4-bedroom apartments with each having 2 Room BQ.
