COVID-19: Nigeria Records 645 New Cases On February 20

On Saturday, 20th of February, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) reported that 645 fresh cases of the virus were recorded across the states of the country.

From the reports gathered, Lagos state recorded the highest of the day followed by Ogun State. See the breakdown of the cases among the states.

Lagos-282, Ogun-72, FCT-50, Kaduna-33, Osun-24, Imo-23, Abia-21, Borno-18, Oyo-17, Edo-15, Nasarawa-15, Taraba-14, Ekiti-11, Ondo-11, Plateau-11, Kano-10, Rivers-7, Delta-5, Bauchi-3 and Jigawa-3.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 151,553. Meanwhile, 1831 patients have died of the virus and 128,005 people have been released from various isolation centers.
