Nigerian politician and businessman, Shehu Sani has narrated how he escaped from a possible armed robbery situation whilst heading to his farm in Kaduna state.
According to the former senator representing Kaduna Central in the National Assembly, he was driving to his farm when he saw motorists reversing and making U-turns on the highway. When he inquired about what was happening from another motorist, she replied in a popular Nigerian phrase; ‘‘stay there dey ask.”
He posted thus; ”I was driving to my Farm this morning in Kaduna, when I saw people making U turn in speed, I asked why; nobody even looked at me, only one woman said “stay there dey ask”; Like a formula One Driver, I just joined them in speed.”
