Nigerian sensational gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey celebrates his 41st birthday today, 27th August 2022.
The “Halleluyah Challenge” convener took to his Instagram page to share childhood pictures of himself as he gives thanks to God for giving him anything year of great grace and goodness.

Glamsquad recalls that on his 40th birthday, Bassey who is also a pastor of the ‘The Redeemed Christian Church’ and Shepard’s ‘The Oasis’, The Youth Church of the RCCG Kings Court in Victoria Island, Lagos,, received an unforgettable surprise from pastor E.A Adeboye, the General Overseer of RCCG.
In a post that went viral, Adeboye and his wife, Pastor Folu Adeboye prayed for Nathaniel Bassey while rocking matching outfits. Praying, they said,
“Our beloved son we want to congratulate on your 40th birthday anniversary, you have reached the age of wisdom…we pray for fresh anointing to compose greater songs and worship God more. Congratulations son.”
He excitedly shared the video on his Instagram page and urged his fans to help him appreciate them.
Bassey who has released famous songs such Imela, Adonai, Onise Iyanu, Olowogbogboro, Alágbádá Ina, ?l?run Agbaye and Yeshua Hamashiach is known for his symbol, the ‘Trumpet‘.
He got married to his wife, Serah Bassey in 2013. Their union is blessed with two children
