Nigerian rapper Ice Prince Zamani has been arrested by the Nigerian Police .
Naija News NG reports that SP Benjamin Hundeyin the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer tweeted that the rapper was arrested by 3 am today .

In his tweet, Ice Prince was alleged to have abducted a police officer, assaulted him and threatened to throw him into the river .
He was stopped for driving without license plates .

“At 3am today, @Iceprincezamani was stopped for driving without license plates. He agreed to be taken to the station. He, thereafter, abducted the police officer in his car, assaulted him and threatened to throw him in the river. He has been arrested and would be arraigned today.”
