Tambuwal Denies Resigning As PDP Governors Forum Chairman

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says the governor of Sokoto State, Northwest nigeria, Aminu Tambuwal has not resigned as the chairman of the PDP governors forum.

Lifestyle Nigeria reports that the director-general of the forum, C.I.D. Maduabum, disclosed this in a statement.

Earlier on Thursday, there were reports that Tambuwal had resigned and Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo, was now the new chairman of the forum.
