Media Personality Dotun Kayode has taken to social media to speak on the issue of  genotype and the importance of couples finding out that of their partner before getting married. The OAP shared on his Twitter page that no couple should in the name of love bring a sickle cell child to the world to go through pain and hurt.

Dotun explained that no child deserves this sort of pain that sickle cell children go through in life. He said couples who are aware of their genotype but choose to still get married knowing they are not compatible should be jailed because it is best seen as a criminal offence.
