Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham penned an open letter to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu hours after his inauguration ceremony.

In the open letter, Toyin who is married to fellow actor, Kolawole Ajeyemi disclosed why she supported Tinubu’s candidacy despite the heavy criticisms and backlash she received.

The mother of one stated that she is not motivated by ethnicity or religion when it comes to her choice of leaders.

Toyin’s endorsement of Tinubu stems from his impressive track record as both a senator and a governor. She firmly believes that his capabilities would only excel further if he were to become President.

While she acknowledges that achieving unanimous support for Tinubu is a challenging task, his victory in previous elections indicates that he enjoys the backing of the majority.

Expressing her dismay, Toyin voiced her sadness over the fabrication that she received substantial financial compensation from Tinubu. In reality, her support for him is entirely voluntary and driven by her own convictions.

Dele Momodu reveals cause of fight between Wike, Fubara

A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Dele Momodu has shed light on the longstanding feud between Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
