We have an interesting story today about a Nigerian man who married a whopping 86 wives.

As if that isn’t surprising enough, this many had over 100 children with his wives with the actual number of children he had standing at a whopping 203.

The man is a Muslim identified as Muhammadu Bello Abubahkar Masaba Bida and per what we gathered he was a teacher by occupation.

He was a Nigerian living in Niger state and after it was revealed that he has 86 wives and 203 children, he was charged and sentenced to death for refusing to divorce 82 of his wives.

This was after he broke the law that permitted Muslims to marry up to four wives. The surprising aspect of the whole situation was that most of the 86 wives were below the age of 30 with some of his children being way older than most of his wives.

However, his death sentence was lifted and he went back to his family as he continued living peacefully with all his wives until his death in 2017.
