Nigerian singer and songwriter, Ahmed Ololade, alias Asake has topped the list of most-streamed artists in Nigeria for the year 2023.
TurnTable Charts made the announcement on their official X page on Wednesday.
Asake initially gained immense commercial success after releasing his hit single ‘Omo Ope’ in 2022.
He topped the list of the most-streamed Nigerian artists in 2023, garnering 654 million streams across Boomplay, Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music.

Seyi Vibez ranked second with 533 million streams, thanks to the release of two albums and two EPs.
Davido secured the third spot on the list with 328 million streams due to his fourth album ‘Timeless’.
Omah Lay came fourth with 301 million streams, and Burna Boy fifth with 282 million streams, aided by the release of his seventh album ‘I Told Them’.
The bottom five include:
Zinoleesky with 231m streams, Mohbad with 227m streams, BNXN with 214m streams, Olamide with 204m streams, and Kizz Daniel with 201m streams.
