Proudly wearing his “I Voted” sticker, the “Despacito” singer took to social media to share why he’s voting. “For my kids, for my beautiful island, which is not for sale, for respect toward Latinos, for equality and less hate, for that and many more reasons … VOTE,” he wrote.

Selena Funko Pop!

Funko officially confirmed that a line of Selena Funko Pop! figures is on its way. “We are honored to be able to confirm that Funko is celebrating the life and legacy of Selena through our Pop! products. This historic line pays homage to this month’s Billboard’s Greatest of All Time Female Latin Artist and is a tangible way for her millions of global fans to display their affinity for Selena,” a Funko spokesperson said. Funko Pop! products have traditionally honored some of the most influential artists via collectible figures. “I am humbled to have Selena be part of this historic line showcasing her place in Pop Culture,” said Selena’s sister, Suzette Quintanilla.

New Juan Gabriel Projects

Honoring the legacy of Juan Gabriel, the late Mexican icon’s estate has announced plans for a new set of projects that includes a television series, a documentary of his final concert, feature film, theatrical stage show and a wax figure, among other things. “My father’s legacy requires the very best representation, which is why we are delighted to have put this new team together for this next stage of his legacy,” said Gabriel’s son Ivan Aguilera, who is the sole beneficiary of the estate.
