Aminu Masari of Katsina State has said that the kidnappers of the 333 GSSS students have contacted the government and talks were connected to the safe return of the students.
He made this disclosure when he visited Buhari in Duara to enlighten him about the progress of the rescue mission.
Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity in a statement said there was a positive outlook in the progress being made.
“We are making progress and the outlook is positive,’’ the Governor told newsmen
Aminu Masari added that the position of the children has been located by security agencies.
