Simi Ranked Top Streamed Sub-Saharan African Female Musician On BoomPlay

Nigerian musician, Simisola Kosoko, well known as Simi has emerged topmost streamed female musician from Sub-Sahara Africa on BoomPlay.

BoomPlay is a platform for streaming media and downloading music. It was developed by Transnet Music Limited. The service was first launched in Nigeria in 2015 by TECNO Mobile, Transsion Holdings.

The platform decided to rank some top musicians who managed to have their songs streamed on the platform and the “Duduke” hitmaker managed to come on top.

Taking up the second position was Gospel musician, Mercy Chinwo, followed by the “Case” crooner, Teni.
