Reality TV star Leo Dasilva has shared a controversial tweet on social media which has led to a lot of outrage. The BBNaija star today took to his Twitter page to reveal that he won’t mandate his wife to take on his last name after they tie the knot.

The TV star shared that she doesn’t have to bear his name Mrs. Dasilva as she is allowed to take the last name she chooses to bear. He mentioned that his children however will take on his last name. This tweet has sparked up a lot of reactions on social media with fans asking what sort of independence he is offering his wife.

Leo a few days ago had encouraged people to date those who align with their values and beliefs. He shared that dating people and expecting to change them with one’s own rules and values will only cause one no fulfillment but unnecessary stress.
