A 50-year-old man was reportedly caught raping a 5-year-old girl in Benue State’s Gwer West Local Government Area.
The suspect is HIV-positive and has confessed to repeatedly molesting the child, according to a medical officer at the General Hospital in Naka, who reported the case to Benue activist Ukan Kurugh.
The activist is currently investigating the case.
