Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata is set to subpoena EC Chairperson Jean Mensa following the Supreme Court denial to cross-examine her.

Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata’s move is to push for a review of the Supreme Court decision preventing Tsatsu from cross-examining Jean Mensah.

Tsatsu Tsikata is also preparing to file an application to reopen their case.
