After receiving a N20 billion lawsuit, Portable declares, “Dem Won K!ll My Career” (Update) – Lifestyle Nigeria

Okikiola Habeeb aka Portable, a street-hop musician, is in trouble because his former manager and show promoter Ijoba Danku entered into a dubious contract with an international music promoter.

The Zazuu Crooner claimed in a Update going viral online that Freezy Entertainment, the international promoter, had promised to procure him a US visa, but that he had given up on the contract after going to the interview and failing five times.

He also described how they asked him to travel with ten unidentified persons, however he was still unable to obtain a visa.

According to Portable, a new buddy promised to help him obtain a US visa and drive him to the US. But the entertainment label with which his former manager and promoter had a contract demanded that he pay 12 million Naira before they would release them from the previous agreement.

The 28-year-old agreed and negotiated for a payment plan. He claims that he has already paid N2 Million thrice and is unable to make the remaining N12 Million payment.

The artist continued by saying that the international label is demanding 20 billion Naira in damages before they can cancel the agreement that will allow him to visit the United States of America without incident.
