Baba Ijesha bags 16 years in prison for sexual assault

 

Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James, also known as Baba Ijesha, has been sentenced to 16 years for sexual molestation of a minor.

He was sentenced on Thursday, July 14, 2022 in an Ikeja Special Offenses Court.

In a two-hour judgement, Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo, convicted the actor.

The 49-year-old was arrested on April 22, 2021, over a 7 year child assault and a molestation caught on CCTV in a colleague’s house.
