Nigerian singer and songwriter, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, better known as Peruzzi, has revealed that famous singer David Adedeji Adeleke, aka Davido, had been handing him his used clothes as payment for writing his songs.

The songwriter, who wrote most of Davido’s songs, disclosed this on skitmaker Adebayo Ridwan Abidemi, aka Isbae U’s show.

Isbae U had asked Peruzzi how true it is that he received used clothes from the DMW boss after writing songs for him.

Although the songwriter was taken aback by the question at first, he later agreed that he used to be paid in that way.
