Lifestyle Nigeria reports that the Supreme Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the Appeal filed by Omooba Dotun Babayemi against the PDP Primary election that produced the Governor-Elect, Sen. Ademola Adeleke.
The Court held that Babayemi filed his appeal outside of the time allowable by the court.
The court ruled that Adeleke was validly elected at PDP primary election.
