Celebrities react as Wizkid, Davido end feud

 

Some Nigerian celebrities have reacted to the end of the long feud between top Afrobeat stars, Wizkid and Davido.

The stars, who have been at loggerheads for a long time, seem to have ended their beef at a nightclub hours ago.

The two had reportedly settled their differences and had hugged.

The video showing them together had circulated the media after the meet.

This, of course, has created an uproar amongst their fans and colleagues.

Tuface Idibia reposted the video on his Instagram page, saying the video showing Davido and Wizkid reconcile brought a smile to his face.

The singer, who recently released a single called _Smile_, jokingly begged the two stars to allow his song trend a little before they make any project together.

He wrote, “This put a smile on my face but Abeg Una let my song and video trend small.

“Run up my numbers biko, no distractions.”

CDQ took to his Instagram to also talk about the reconciliation.

According to him, he has been trying for years to settle the differences between the two artistes, all to no avail.

He said, “I just woke up now to a video of Wiz and Davido hugging each other.After I have suffered for years trying to balance the relationship between both.

“Wiz go say “your brother dey do show you no support am”, David go say “Tell your brother make e bring jam make we work.

“Then I know these two low key love each other and been inspiring each other to go harder.

“Today I feel like the most happiest in earth and I feel like buying cows to just throw a big party.Now pls make una give us that collaboration wey the world don dey wait for for this 2022.”
