Wizkid — Nigerian Music Sensation, Ayodeji Balogun better known as Wizzkid has unveiled his ambitious plans to make a grand entry into the lucrative world of luxury jewellery production.

The multi-talented artist, celebrated for his chart-topping music and captivating performances disclosed he will launch his own line. Not only does he plan to bring his unique brand to the market, but he also envisions getting personally involved in the design process.

The ‘Money & Love’ crooner stated this during an interview with Nigerian journalist, Adesope Olajide at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

Wizkid is set to perform at his More Love, Less Ego concert at the 80,000-person stadium on 29th June 2023.

Glamsquad observed that during the interview, the singer wore a diamond neck chain and pendant that he said he designed with celebrity designer, Eliantte. According to him, It is the first of six chains that will be released this year.

Atuonwu vividly recalled the chilling moment when the executioners, poised to carry out the sentence, knelt before him with guns at the ready. Faced with imminent death, he reached out to a higher power, despite not having a personal relationship with God at the time.

“It is true that the people who were to execute us were already kneeling before us, ready to fire. It is true that I called out to a God I didn’t know. ‘If you save me, I’ll serve you’,” Buchi Atuonwu recounted, reflecting on the desperation of the moment.

In a remarkable turn of events, Atuonwu’s plea for divine intervention was answered, sparing him from the fate that awaited. This profound experience served as a catalyst for a newfound faith and purpose in life.

“It is true that he saved me from that firing squad, and I devoted my life to serving him,” Atuonwu affirmed, acknowledging the transformative power of his encounter with mortality.
