A business coach on TikTok, @adnansaani, recently shared insights into why individuals starting a business might fail.
He emphasized that many people experience failure in their first business venture, and even if someone hasn’t encountered failure yet, it’s likely to happen eventually. He illustrated his point with a personal example involving his friend Haruna.

According to @adnansaani, Haruna was his investor when he began his first business, which ultimately failed. Despite this failure, Haruna remained supportive and didn’t ask for his money back. When Haruna started his own business later, he fared better than @adnansaani because he had learned from his friend’s mistakes.

The TikToker stressed the importance of learning from others’ experiences, suggesting that it’s wiser to work in a similar business and gain insights before starting your own venture. He acknowledged that while it’s true a job might not make someone a millionaire, working in the right industry can provide invaluable knowledge and set a solid foundation. He encouraged people to choose jobs where they can learn and grow, not just earn a salary.
