An unidentified young man has reportedly murdered his girlfriend and killed himself afterwards.

Sister of the deceased shared via the X platform how her sister had been murdered by her ex-boyfriend.

The source didn’t exactly give a detailed explanation but it was revealed that her sister had broken up with the murderer since June 2023.

In some way or the other, they came into contact again and he killed her and killed himself.

Before the murder act, there was a detailed evidence of how he had beat her up almost to the point of death which had prompted their first breakup.

The sister further disclosed that the case was reported to the police before the final straw.

The two Nigerian mega stars have been at loggerheads on X for a while, but it is important to note that their face off did not just start.

According to a report by Vanguard back in 2017, Davido and Wizkid were backstage at the One Music Festival in Dubai when someone from Wizkid’s crew went physical on one of Davido’s boys.

A physical fight erupted and some eyewitnesses alleged that Wizkid was slapped by Davido in the process.
