Nigerian artists Tems and Omah Lay’s song have topped Uganda’s TOP 100 songs on Itunes. Although these two have been arrested, it seems they are still doubling up their monies in Uganda after topping the chart. The two have reportedly arraigned for a court for breaking COVID-19 rules set.
